I have litigated hundreds of cases within the full range of criminal law: violations, misdemeanors, felonies, and serious felonies along with appeals. I have navigated complex evidentiary issues including DNA evidence, chemical testing, ballistics, cell phone and computer technology. I have conducted countless direct and cross examinations of witnesses, prepared, filed and argued complex pre and post trial motions.
